1. About the app
ZG ParkingAlert ("the app") is developed by [FULL NAME], Zagreb, Croatia. The app reminds you to pay for parking in the City of Zagreb's paid zones. By using the app you accept these terms.
2. Unofficial app
The app is not an official app of Zagrebparking, Zagrebački holding or the City of Zagreb, and is not affiliated with them. Zones, blocks, prices and charging hours come from their public data and may change before we update the app.
3. You are responsible for paying
The app is an aid. Detecting a parking depends on your phone's Bluetooth, GPS, settings and battery, so it may sometimes miss a parking or get the zone wrong. Paying for parking and checking the signs where you park are always your responsibility. We are not liable for fines, costs or damage resulting from relying on the app, except where the law expressly provides otherwise.
4. Payments and costs
You pay for parking by SMS or another method with Zagrebparking, your mobile operator or a payment provider, at their prices and terms. We don't charge for parking and don't receive your payments.
5. Ads
The free version shows ads. The data processed for them is described in the privacy policy.
6. Permitted use
You may use the app for personal purposes. You may not modify, decompile or distribute it without permission, except as the law allows.
7. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and reliable, but we don't guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.
8. Changes and governing law
We may change these terms. The new version is published on this page. These terms are governed by Croatian law. If you are a consumer, this doesn't take away the protection the laws of your country of residence give you.
